My mornings are typically riddled with anxiety. I usually go for a 3-mile run, meditate, or listen to my gospel playlist on Spotify. This week, I’m burying my brother. In addition to that, my co-founders are & I are busy preparing to start shipping Phreshly cocktails (in Q2 2021), all while pitching to raise a pre-seed round.
I’ve been making THC infused juices in the past few weeks to help with my anxiety and panic attacks (I hope this isn’t too personal).
Welp, we’ve got the “fun” part out of the way. Here’s my THC infused coconut milk recipe.
1L of coconut milk
25g of finely powdered cannabis*
A good rule of thumb is a joint worth of cannabis for each ¼ liter of milk. The more milk you use, the more cannabis you add proportionally. I recommend you to use whichever strain/flower you please.
Bring your milk to a boil and let simmer using the double boiler method, or if you're brave enough, direct low flame.
Add your cannabis to the milk bit by bit while stirring continuously until the cannabis is completely covered by the milk.
Simmer and stir occasionally for 30-45 minutes.
You will notice your milk turn a yellowish-green color.
Remove from the flame and strain well with a cheesecloth, making sure to squeeze out every last drop of green milk.
Allow it to cool and serve in shot glasses, either warm or chilled. Or add to your coffee.
By the way, if you haven’t yet. Phreshly’s pre-orders are still opened. Order yours today!
